Anyone Suffer from S.A.D.

Omg. This is the worst. When the sean changes and S.A.D. sets in. The beginning is the roller coaster of cold nights and mornings with warm days, and a cyclical repeat. Then it's cold outside and cold and dark in you. The worst.

bruh. yeah mine is starting to kick into gear and I'm already depending on caffeine to lift my spirits up. It's not good.

I don't get as sad during fall or winter, but I definitely get more depressed for no reason when it's spring. Might be because I also get seasonal allergies though.
