Yes, lots of people have been and there were many methods.

It might be better to look at the resources section and look at the guide on here to see various methods...cant really tell you what method to choose and what is successful, all the methods are personal to each individual and it has to be something you are comfortable with...we can give support and be here to listen to you if you want to talk but methods is a minefield as we don't want to give you the smoking gun so to speak
