Subjecting yourself to cold temperatures should weaken your immune system a little and activate some dormant viruses locked up in your system. Ideally you're in a climate where this is easy enough to achieve.
Now if you want to get sick to the point you die I don't know, maybe eat something really gross and moldy? I don't recommend it either though.
