Help Anyone in California want to partner?

Hello! I'm looking to go to Tijuana, Mexico. I want to obtain N. My issue is, I don't know how to drive in California or any major city. I also don't know how to rent a car. I can pay with my savings. I can pay for the rental car, hotels, and I think most expenses. If I have money left over I can help pay for your N too if it is doable. If not, you might have to to pay for your own. I'm just really dumb with driving and I've never driven in a city or over a border before. Would anyone essentially want to part me up and do the "labor" part and I pay for it?
I would prefer a female like around the ages -20-40 please. I'm only comfortable with being one myself. Thanks
