I imagine a sizable percentage of the hardware industry's profit comes from the destruction of peripherals like keyboards and mice due to raging gamers.

I am literally at the peak of gaming zen where my failures lead to instant correction of neurological pathways causing an exponential increase in my skill and a drastic reduction in my reaction with every game played.

I'm fine on any game apart from multiplayer fps I can't stand battlegrounds games, if the latency is bad rage induces quickly. Other than that I have peace of the gamer mind, body and soul.

Oh most definitely. In highschool I had the most terrible anger playing Call of Duty online and got so mad more often than not. Put some dents in my dry wall from my outbursts. I had to quit playing entirely before it got worse. I did try again with Battlefield 1 a few years back but it was pretty much the same and I stopped before the cycle started again.

Oh, and to add: it's funny how when you lose, people say "it's just a game". But if I think like that, how could I ever enjoy winning?

I used to play world of tanks on PC.
It's a FPS online game with 15 players each side
Sometimes you end up with idiots on your team not doing anything to help.

long story short, I cussed a lot in game and got permanently chat banned.
Which is a good thing because I no longer invest time or money in that game.

I now play single player games/watch YouTube etc.

My boyfriend has bad gamer rage ;; I know not to talk to him at all if he just lost something. Its scary watching him lean over his PC breathing heavily and cursing because that means he's really into it. If things don't go well in his game, I have to be careful not to upset him or he'll just take it out on me.

I love video games too but can't bring myself to get mad when I mess up. Maybe frustrated or confused, but it's not like the game is cheating or has it out for me. I just don't have the energy to get that mad over a video game.

I'm not much of an achievement hunter but I do like the challenges that the Dark Souls Series Brings. Weird to say but I got a lot less mad playing Dark souls 1 and 3 than playing online multiplayer shooters. Not touching Dark souls 2 though that game is so lopsided against you.

I got the Platinum trophies on DS 1, 2, 3, and Bloodborne. I'm still working on Sekiro though :sunglasses:

farming those covenant items almost broke me. bloodborne was really easy because there isn't much grinding there.

When im doing bad in my favorite fps game and get lots of deaths I get so angry that I don't care what's happening around anymore, I just punch the keyboard or throw my mouse. I think I destroyed like 4 mouses because of my rage.

I do, especially if it is during a game at a part where I don't expect to lose, I get really angry when I fuck up. It's a bad habit and I've been distancing myself from games and/or parts of certain games that would trigger my anger.

I've been a gamer my whole life, & definitely had bad gamer rage moments. I was in grade 2 or 3 when I snapped TMNT 2007 ps2 disc in half, because of losing many times to Shredder. That was the only time I broke something out of rage.

I hate feeling rage. Somedays I can be so calm, & other days, I would explode with intense anger. I'm glad I quit competitive games years ago, since they were the biggest trigger. I always blame myself whenever I rage, for not being good enough.

I used to have rage as a child but I think that was connected to me feeling like no one would love me if I was useless at things I did. These days I'm a lot more passive and losing doesn't bother me.
I got the Platinum trophies on DS 1, 2, 3, and Bloodborne.

Same, love some Souls. Got the Plat for Nioh too though I didn't like it too much.

I used to but now I recognize the fact that my failure in a game is no one else's fault but mine. And I try to learn from my mistakes. I haven't raged in maybe two or three years.

When playing Hearthstone if I lose a lot I'll rage and then go back to gaming after five minutes. Especially if the other uses Druid, Priest or Reno. I goddamn hate Reno, should be banned.

When you have only 50 different cards it's okay, but when there are 50000000 billion different cards the "no duplicates" doesn't matter.

One time I beat someone who used Reno, felt good.

I never rage unless it's Hearthstone (or MTG Arena). Maybe because HS (and MTG) is also luck and bank card based. Someone can buy a million packs and get lots of good cards, and Blizz can help them pull a Reno.

The only other thing that brings me close to rage it Genshin Impact with its stupid gacha. I refuse to pay hundreds to get one single character.

Other games aren't luck based and so I never rage. I'm usually really calm, though in recent times I've become angrier and more easy to rage. I never raged when playing Dark Souls or Bloodborne. Even when it took me dozens of times to beat Midir.

I think I tied too much self-worth to videos games and would become frustrated when for reasons perceived to be outside of my control contributed to losing a ranked match. This sometimes translated to raging fits. I learned to focus strictly on improving myself and avoid becoming triggered by poor team member game play, even if they're trolling/feeding/inting.

I stopped playing video games due to losing interest in most activities. If I do recover, I don't believe I'll spend any additional time playing video games.

I've had feelings like "how did this little shit kill me" etc when I play a MMORPG or whatever, but never to the point of throwing anything around and breaking it. And even that's only because I'm old now and suck at many video games, lol.
