I've got a few physical conditions. Mental also, but I think that's obvious, considering that I'm on this forum.

It's been like this for years. Each year is worse than the previous one.

I visited many specialists and they couldn't resolve the issue. I gave up on trying. I just let it go. At the same time I'm scared these issues will get me sooner or later. I have no one to rely on. No family, no friends etc. But also I got too lazy (or however you want to name it) to keep trying with doctors.

I just don't see my future in any bright colors.

I was wondering if anyone is in similar situation.

Yup. 4 years ago I discovered the cause of my progressive life long chronic illness (during a test for a very similar cause/condition). In these last 4 years I figured out the exact surgery to fix it and what kind of specific surgeon I would need (via getting scraps of info from asshole doctors and medical journals and such.)
I've been verbally abused by many surgeons (lost count at 20), told I'm crazy, told they won't do what actually amounts to an almost risk-free surgery with a nonzero chance to reduce if not cure my chronic illness because they "don't feel comfortable", told that they care more about the risk to their careers (which is totally imaginary btw) than my life, etc etc etc.
Last year I just ran out of hope and energy.

Yes, but only after 'They,' gave up on treating "me."

Undiagnosed stomach pain that doctors think I'm being too dramatic about so I gave up. I am just enduring it however I can now. I think I threw the towel a bit too soon because the same happened with psychiatrists until I found one willing to listen. I don't want to go through that again.

An issue in my jaw that needs surgery and leads to pain, bruxism, headaches. I can't afford the surgery but I could try paying for healthcare when I get a job and get it done, but I see no point going through such a procedure. Being unable to speak or eat solid food for more than a month, all of it for a life I'm not sure I'm gonna live. Sounds pointless
