Anyone have more links/videos that explain as simply as possible partial hanging ?

My Nembutal still didn't arrive after more than one month, i've lost all hope of getting now and i'm now feeling desperate and consdering a second option.

I'm considering partial suspension hanging, yet i'm very retarded with everything that has to do with knots, what seems very simple to you by reading the ressource links seem like quantum science to me, i don't know where and how to tie the knots, what can be used as an achor. When i look at "How to do it" images, it seems to me like they've skipped one step or two, because to them those steps are obvious and simple, but not to me, and it doesn't help that english is only my third language.

So if anyone has a link that explain suspension hanging as simply as possible, and suggestions about what can be used as an achor (can a table billard help ? ) i don't think i've anything in the ceiling that can be used as an achor, what's the minimal size of the rope ?

I don't think the problem is with A, he's very reliable and most people got their shipment, it's most certainly the shitty customs in my country (Morocco).
