Not all the time but occasionally, I hear noises, but they're just that, noises.
Didn't say anything meaningful, just noises like a bunch of ppl conversing nearby.
Scared me shitless as a child, took me years to learn to ignore them, which later helped form the habit where I tend to ignore ambiance sound sometimes.
