Anyone feeling of pain?

[Life sucks]

I don't know how to describe but for 10+ years I'm pained a horrible pain. Feeling chest and mind heavy, sometimes in the whole body.

A chronic pain that nobody understands nobody knows or sees.

Of course life is shit and make it worse with its countless additional problems.

I need to leave this fucking life already. I've stayed too long and suffered. I just need a method
