I'm out!

I feel so hollow whenever I wake up. Even if I've been having a nightmare, my dreams are much preferable to life. Sometimes I even dream that I've successfully caught the bus and I'm sooo disappointed when I wake up lol!

I wish I could just fall asleep and dream forever.

Yes, I love the dream world!
I was even trying to have lucid dreams some weeks ago but it was exhausting for my mind so I had to quit!

yesss I love dreaming!! I also wish I could dream forever... I prefer the dream world than the "actual" world. I get sad when I wake up.
actually I may take more sleeping pills right now to avoid the day. I wish I could take them all day and always be in dream world.

Yes!!! I have very good dream recall and I always dream super cool stuff, like being out in nature, on hikes or whatever, finding cool plants or mushrooms, etc.
i often wake up, disappointed that my life is so boring compared to my dreams.

I've tried to lucid dream and I was getting somewhere with journaling and calea herbs, but then I hit a very bad mental spot and now my sleep cycle is fucked. :(

I have nightmares, and strange dreams (which I instantly forget seconds after I have woken up) but I still just love the act of being asleep, not fully conscious and aware. I do feel empty whenever I wake up. I can't wait until the day that eternal sleep comes to me.

Same! I love having those short random dreams..... where you wake up from a dream, fall back asleep immediately, and then have another dream. It's almost like binge-watching multiple awesome TV shows in one night :smiling:

Absolutely, dreams are my life. I spend my career researching them, hearing other people's and pushing the limits of what we can do with them. I spend most of my free time thinking about them. I'm an advanced lucid dreamer, and I plan out my dreams a few times per week as well. My whole philosophy is based on dreaming.

I often think that I'd be much happier to be a character in a never-ending dream, to be with loved ones I've lost, and never remember those I wish I'd never met.

On that note, I think it's time I took a nap.

Not me. My dreams have a nasty habit of bringing up memories I'd like to forget. One of the main reasons for my alcohol abuse is that when I sleep drunk I dream less, and even if I dream it's just some random garbage instead of memories that can leave me gutted for days.

Of course. I don't really have night terrors and any escape from this hell is welcome.

Hell yeah i do. Even more when i had my second LD experience not long ago. From that moment i had learned how to induce it and when. Success rate is about 30% but man... This stuff is better than any VR. It's better than reality. It's world where i'm the God. Too bad i'm stupid God and i often "forgot" that this is dream, so i loose situational awareness and wake up few hours later. But it's super fun. Some hints from me to achieve LD: Skip one night's sleep, sleep in daytime (10:00 AM-01:00 PM for me is optimal), leave open window to hear outside noise, and that's all. Focus on the things outside. When dream state comes, you can still hear this stuff, and then it's easy to regain awareness. Sorry if i mess up AM PM shit, i have a 24h clock here
