Yes, and I hate how it prevents you from progressing.
For example, you're only allowed to work a certain amount of hours or they claw back the amount they give you and you can't own property or any other assets or they count that against your payments.
It's so redundant that you have to rely solely on their support and you can't try and better yourself through investments or anything else. Hell, even inheritance is counted against the amount they pay.
The philosophy is, even if your mental health only allows you to work menial jobs or doesn't allow you to obtain your bachelor's degree, that's a 'you' problem. You will rely solely on the government or nothing else.
