As the title says.
For the SN method you need to fast for 8 hours beforehand.
I am in a lot of physical pain every day and food is one of the only comforts I have.
I used to be very good at controlling my eating to get slim and keep slim.
Even the first year and a half of being mostly housebound I managed to stay very slim.
But then I went on prednisone (and lost a lot of motivation) and I piled on about 10kg in the past half a year.
I'm still not overweight according to my BMI but I look awful compared to my old self.
(Also would have lost a lot of muscle and definition)
I have tried to eat less like how I used to but I've realized I just have no will power to do so now.
I'm in too much pain and I have no future, so I can't be arsed.
The fast will be a struggle for me for sure. I would rather have a nice meal moments before
taking the SN, as I'm sure many others would.
I'm even sleeping in later so I can get a takeaway the day of CTB.
I don't find the idea of doing CTB the moment you wake up, or in the middle of the night with an alarm set, to be appealing.
