Anyone else delete their texting app?

I feel so much better. In-person or a phone call is healthier.

I deleted social media but I don't care to go as far as that. I still enjoy texting people I know.

I think the isolation would be horrible for me. I will NEVER delete them (if I have the choice). My friends are quite a distance away I would miss the connection and communication with them a lot.
