Definitely. It's crazy that people don't think your depression, self-hate and suicidal thoughts are that serious, because you just happen to smile and laugh sometimes. They ignore you when you're crying, panicking, angry, or empty. They only care when you seem happy and you can give them good feelings.

I totally get that, it's awful most of us constantly feel like we have to hide how we actually feel. I hope you can find someone who'll get to know the real you, you deserve to be understood.

I'm not hiding anything. Im very open with people. But what I say doesn't match my face. I sound worried or upset but my face shows otherwise.
