i'm an artist and i'm scared of people (namely friends, im not popular lmao) recognizing my style on this site to the extent that i actually just considered using an ai generated pfp and then immediately backed out of it lol. any other artists here worried about this? (irrational or no)

Yeah same here. I have an art following online and my style is pretty unique for the intended audience. Maybe if I dumb it down a bit I can get away with sharing it. Mostly afraid of posting and a fan/friend finding it sometime in the future and asking why I'm here and either ghost me or refer me to mental health services.
this was a good idea and inspired me to do a doodle with a lot of unusual style decisions for me and make it my pfp, hopefully nobody i know spots it
