Oh boy, I have so many to recommend.
First off, I'm gonna second the recommendations for Parks and Recreation, Killing Eve, What We Do In the Shadows and The Good Place. The Good Place is literally one of the best things I've seen recently.
Other than that, here are my suggestions:
Broard City - Two women in New York. Hilariously awkward at times.
Chuck - A nerd gets a supercomputer imprinted on his brain. Kinda formulaic but you really get to care for the characters.
Community - A lawyer who faked his qualifications has to go to community college. Feel free to stop after season 3, the writing goes from brilliant to garbage.
Firefly - Funny and feelsy western in space. Iconic sci-fi that was cancelled after a single season due to network mismanagement. Main arcs are concluded in the film Serenity.
Fleabag - A woman dealing with the death of her best friend. Sometimes cringey, but in a funny way. Very British. Also written by the same woman who wrote Killing Eve
His Dark Materials - A show set in an alternate version of our own world where a girl is on a mission to deliver a divination tool to her father at the north pole. It has an armoured polar bear, what more do you need? This is based on my all time favourite series of books of the same name. I literally can't recommend the books enough. I'd lost hope for a good adaptation after the garbage that was The Golden Compass.
Star Trek TNG - Cheesy and thoughtful sci-fi. It's Star Trek, how much of a description do you need lmao
There's almost certainly others I could suggest, but we'd be here all day
