Help Any Nigerians here that knows how to get SN?

Not just SN but AE and other drugs(maybe F). I want to keep my options open. I feel like most posts I've seen here are people from Australia, Uk, India or canada. There has got to be other Nigerians here that knows their way around. I saw someone on Nairaland that said he had SN but doesn't know how to use it properly, which made me wonder how he even got it in the first place. Maybe it's not all that strict or hard to get here.
