I cant find sodium nitrite in my country. I am visiting my brother in germany in december, I was wondering if someone knows where I can find SN. I have heard, that in USA, SN is available off the shelves of major departmental stores, dont know, if same is true for germany. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Check ebay they have everything. You may need import it, but this is inside europe no problem.
