Hi, I'm new here. I've been reading about SN method and few SN guides here mention using antipsychotic meds instead of antiemetics that are not really available OTC (like Meto).
For more than a year now I'm taking Quetiapine in the smallest dose, which is mentioned as one of these antipsychotics that can work as antiemetics. I'm gonna be honest, I don't really want to go to the doctor for some proper antiemetic because recently I'm too exhausted (mentally, I guess) to even leave my house lol. And before I found this website I was planning on CTBing by overdosing on antidepressants or something (I couldn't think of better method) so I guess that SN with antipsychotic instead of Meto is still way better option, no? And does anyone know what dose of Quetiapine should I take before SN?
(Oh and if this has been asked already then I'm sorry but again, I'm completely new here so, yeah)
