Antipsychotics and Nembutal

This is my friends question : On the peaceful pill forum, I went to ask the doctor nitschz(I believe that his name) if antipsychotics influence how n is metabolize in the brain. And if it would impact suicide. He said that the two did not interact and not to worry about it. However, in the peaceful handbook, it says that when antipsychotics are taken long-term it can lead to 24 hours of coma before death. So what do I believe?

I couldn't get drunk off alcohol for a few months after having 3 injections of antipsychotics and a lot of people were saying they couldn't get high from weed, so it definitely can mess with substances but not I'm not sure about Nembutal specifically.
