Antiemetics and n

Sorry for poor English not my native tounge.

I live in USA and have N. What antiemetics are good? Do I need them? how much are do I take how and when

The recommended anti emetic is metoclopramide. You need this before taking your N to stop you from being sick.
You can either take it once (60mg) 40 minutes before taking your N, or you can take it every 8 hours (20mg) for 48 hours before taking N.
I'm not sure if you can get this anti-e without a prescription in the US.
