Hi, I'm wondering if I can use 3*10 mg stat dose of Domperidone instead of a 48 hours regimen because I've heard that Domperidone does not accumulate in blood like Meto does, hence I see no benefit of a regimen vs stat dose.

I'm using domperidone as well. In the instructions, it says it takes 3-4 days for the medicine to work, so I'm going to do a 72-hour regimen and a stat dose of 3*10mg. I would recommend this method to you too since you probably want to be certain that the medicine is working when you consume SN.

72 hrs is a long freakin' time to wait. oh well : ( But I've heard it doesn't accumulate in blood like meto, does that not mean there is really no advantage of taking it in regimen? Thats the part where I'm confused. If it does not accumulate over time in body, might as well take the stat dose only right?

I'm not aware of it not accumulating in blood, where did you hear that? If it's true that it doesn't accumulate, then yes, it probably wouldn't matter if you have done a regimen. Even if you have done a regimen, there's still a risk that you throw up and you have to be determined to do a regimen and hopefully, your SI doesn't kick in if you decide on doing a regimen.

I'll take a look at the instructions again to see if it says anything about accumulation or anything else concerning the topic.

Thanks. DM me if you find anything.

I didn't find anything about accumulation in this particular medicine in the instructions, but I did find this (see image >>> duration of treatment)
