I don't think there is a specific thread on anti-aging and rejuvenation yet. It may not happen in our lifetime or ever, it feels like a pipe dream for many people. Yet there are certainly resources being poured into the subject every day.

For some of us, aging or illness is a factor in ctb. So in terms of miracle solutions, we may not have much to lose. I might not be the best person to make this thread so I don't mind if it gets hijacked. I was thinking about a cooperative thread where we might actually be able to get involved in deaging in a concrete way. As volunteers we might have less to lose and more to gain than others, this applies to people in the suicide discussion forum too although this is a recovery based topic, so only in that if it alleviated their reasons to ctb, not extend their suffering of course. There's also still some concern because of the many vulnerable people here too.

So if you have anything to post about the subject, post here. I wouldn't advise taking any actions without consulting a general practictioner first in any case.

To start with, this is a link that I saw in another thread, the one about vaccines.

If anyone knows of a way to get onto a trial test for deaging or rejuvenation methods I would be personally interested.
I've been reminded that this could include cosmetics too. I was thinking purely about the health/longevity aspects, it would give me a second chance, and I could be a professional again. Cosmetics are worth discussing too. That gives me another idea.

A little bit of a railroad away from the original topic:
If someone is willing, we could make a cosmetics recovery thread (or use this), where two people could can find each other and get cosmetic surgery if they wouldn't be able to do it alone? So the logical question is, does that exist already? outside SS? I've thought about minor cosmetic surgery myself but I can't do it alone, someone has to go with me.

This is a generic response targeted only to the people in which it is relevant. Hopefully the OP isn't upset with me posting the following, but it is worth keeping the following in mind regardless of what tactics you pursue in the future. The first phase to living longer and healthier is leading a lifestyle that prevents premature aging and overall damage to the body. If you are doing things that speeds up the process of aging or damaging the body, then it is fruitless to seek magical elixirs to extend or preserve life.

Sun and tanning beds wreak havoc on the skin. Ultraviolet EM radiation not only damage the cells in the skin, it can also cause cancer. This damage also affects skin elasticity as well. Too much sun without proper protection will lead to a quicker visual aging and lasting skin damage. Reduce exposure when possible and properly wear sunscreen for extended stays outside (Most apply it far too thin greatly reducing effectiveness).

Perhaps the biggest factor of premature aging and damaging one's health is the lack of exercise. You could write many books about all the detrimental effects this has on many aspects of the body from the mental to the physical and a large portion of the modern world suffers from the extreme lack of it. You do not exercise to lose weight, you exercise for health. It affects your telomeres, immune system and allows senescence cells to thrive, cause inflammation and damage even more surrounding cells. The good news is that exercise is free. Yes, some will have health issues that will restrict various forms of exercise.

Diet is another topic that has a million books on it. There is a thousand diet types and many arguments here which I wont get into. Everyone at least agrees that there are definite things not to eat and that a balance needs to be had. Pay attention to those additives in your food. Verify you are getting variety as one food type doesn't contain all the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fiber and so forth. Only use supplements in cases where you are deficient and have no means of naturally obtaining what you need.

Try to avoid chemical and irritants. As very basic examples. Wear proper gloves when using chemicals like weed killer as glyphosate messes with estrogen levels and raises cancer rates. If you are doing a project and sanding wood, as an example, wear proper breathing protection. Various species of woods have various detrimental effects when breathing in and some are actually toxic. In short, keep things out of your lungs and unnatural things from touching your skin. Yes, stop vaping as well if you can.

Sorry for half-assing this and being overly brief on what I did type. I was going to type more, but this is all I have energy for now. Maybe something was useful to someone.

Disclosure, I am a fucking idiot. Use anything I say as inspiration to do your own research. Never fully trust anyone without verifying the information yourself. Be extremely cautious of things that sound too good to be true.

That's completely relevant don't worry. Things we can do now that are well-established. Like exercise, diet and avoiding the aforementioned things for longevity.
Many people here are young and would benefit highly from the information as well, as prevention is better than cure in all things. Pretty much everyone can benefit from diet and exercise, I'm prepared to say its easier said than done for some. Hopefully something can inspire or provide motivation when its difficult to keep going.

As mentioned, sunscreen is the best for preserving skin. I would like to add that regular use of retinol will subtract years from your appearance and make skin look great.

There are things that make you lose some years like Botox, collagen injections, microdermabrasion and a good moisturiser. But you have to top up every 6 Months.

Really interested topic. I take loads of vitamins and supplements. Kind of ongoing experiment with these over the years. Intrested in senceatetic supplements sometht to keep me occupied I suppose like obsession.

please look at asra conlu channel on youtube. she reversed aging and healed many ailments with carnivore diet. vitamin a is responsible for making your cells multiply .. and its only bio available in animal products. vegetables do absolutely nothing for rejuvenation. dont believe me, just look at vegans vs heavy meat eaters. look at vegan deterioration on youtube . these young vegans are terrifying
