This one's fairly straightforward. You take a bunch of laxatives (any will do so long as it's a ton) and go straight to the bathroom. Do an Elvis Presley. Do not worry about how much literal shit comes out. That's the whole point of this. It's a dehydration one, but if you want to add some extra flair with it, do an Elvis impersonation. (last bit added by me)
