Since my original post (part1) on this was deleted for "wayzisam", I'll keep this short and concise.
I was 25 in 2020, and I met this girl who was 30. We had a lockdown relationship, but we started fighting before we met irl. We eventually met irl and broke up 3 months later after her father died. After we broke up, she said she wants us to still be friends. Then she tried to set me up with one of her friends. I don't like to judge, but her friend did not look like someone who took care of herself. And she kept asking me to hang out with her and her friends. This was so she could tell their parents that they had a boy with them incase anything goes wrong.
I got tired of her BS. I stopped talking to her. Then I had a mental breakdown, and was hospitalized and I texted her confronting her about some of the stuff I was unhappy with during the relatioship. Like when she said she showed her friends pics of me, and she said they weren't impressed. And I asked her why we had to broke up. Because she said she wants to marry someone her parents would approve of. She's (EX)muslim, and has parental issues(so do I). But she wants to marry a non-religous mulim guy.
A few months after that, I left for England, came back a year later, and didn't really talk to her until she DMed first. She needed help finding a job. ANYWAY... We eventually started hanging out like normal friends. A few months ago, we were at this cafe which had a fooseball table. One of the things we did when we used to date was play pokemon. And I brought it up, and I told her I used to let her win. She threw a temper tantrum at this. Then she went to the bathroom, and stayed there for a few minutes(I think she was crying). Then she came back and she did a humiliation ritual where she let me score points, just to show me how demeaning it is. Then she called an uber and left. I asked her if we were good before she left....
That was in October or something....
A few days ago, I was just talking I asked her what her favourite pokemon was, because I was gonna get her a present. And then she said she no longer likes pokemon after my stunt. And the drama started all over again. She said she thought she won of her own merit, and I took that away from her. And She asked me why I even said that. I told her I thought it'd be like in the movies where she was would realize that I always cared about her and loved her. I think she's still mad at me. She kept saying she must have won some on her own. And that she actually won against others.
idk what to do. This feels like I'm dealing with a literal child. But I also get where she's coming from. But when stuff like that happened to me, I just shrugged it off.
What am I supposed to do?
And no, ending the friendship is not an option. Mainly because I want her back.
