Hi, For those that have seen my previous post, just an update.

The ankle strap idea does not work. Instead it left me with a pretty red unexplainable line on my upper neck and some small red dots (petechia) all over. Will have fun explaining that to Mom if her hawk eyes see it (plan on putting makeup over it and wearing a turtleneck, but I'm sure it will be days before it fades.

I basically used a rope to suspend my upper body while on my knees and practiced leaning forward to see if I can get the carotids, like the girl does in the video (see original post 4 link). No luck, no blacking out, no dizziness, more just like pain of constriction around the neck (but not sufficient constriction), and after a few seconds feeling like i desperately need to breath. Some of the times my head felt like a ballon pretty quickly so I assume thats when I got the jugulars. I tried different positions. I tried standing and leaning all of the body forward. Gag reflex also a little activated.

I only did this for a few minutes and got a red line around my neck (which faded, but left red dots behind) and this monster of a gash in the front. HOW DO PEOPLE say they practice this enough to get it right (with rope, etc) , if i'm left with very noticeable marks after just a few mins.

Granted, I think rope wouldn't have made the small red line, but when I practiced with it before I also instantly got petechia all over.
