An Idiots Guide

Sorry if this is an annoying post. But I'm struggling to find a good step by step guide for the charcoal method.

Here is what I've gathered:

1) Drive my car somewhere secluded (I have a fairly long estate type car).
2) Get some charcoal in a pan (like a cast iron one).
3) Light the charcoal in the car with me in it.
4) Take sleeping pills.
5) .

Is that about right?

I don't think you are meant to light inside a car, it will get full of smoke in seconds.

Will need a heat shield of some sort too, don't want the seats melting and setting on fire.
