Ambien (Zolpidem) OD or combination method?

I don't know anything about drug overdoses and interactions. Is there anyway to CTB with zolpidem? Can I combine in with another substance like alcohol to increase its effectiveness? I am not going to take any actions, but I just want to have something ready and easy to take once the time is right.

Any other methods that are relatively easy to execute and obtain?

Yes, I am. But I would prefer something more peaceful like swallowing a substance. What knowledge do you have pertaining to jumping and hanging?

Yeah, I am looking into the SN method currently. It just seems like a hassle to find all of the necessary substances, but I am willing to take the journey. It is definitely doable.
