Help Alternatives to metoclopramide?

Are there any other substances that one can ingest in order to prevent vomiting after drinking N? I tried getting meto previously but to no avail. I really need a suitable alternative or else I'll have to jump.

I got mine and it had been sitting at the post office for over a month. You may just have to sign for it.
