So, I'm on the verge of ordering SN, and I can easily get antacids and have painkillers (opioid: hydrocodone NORCO) on hand. But what I can't get is antiemetics or tagamet. Are there any more widely available alternatiives I can use? Even if they aren't strong enough, whatever helps me pass more comfortably. I'm in the US if that helps.

Yes there are . Please read about antiemetics options :

Some are available on big sites or online pharmacies .

Tagamet and antacids are interchangeable . Tagamet may be available at big sites . If not found use simple antacids as suggested . It is the least significant part of SN intake .

Opioids provide peaceful ctb but will significantly slow SN

Thank you so much, man! You've made me so happy!
Ugh so it seems like I won't be able to find antiemetics without a prescription. Bummer. I wonder if I can hold the nausea down. I've been able to control myself and keep myself from vomitting after nights of heavy drinking. Worst case scenario, I'll prepare multiple cups to ensure success.

You can find Tagamet at Target for 200mg, just take 4 of them. It'll be called Tagamet HB 200 Acid Reducer Heartburn Relief Tablets - 50ct and its 15 dollars. There are other antacids like TUM's or a generic brand but they mainly use calcium carbonate but I think Tagamet is stronger for some ignorant reason.

If you can't find it, you can try taking a bunch of TUM's tablets? There are other OTC antacids like Prisolec OTC Acid Reducer Tablets but those don't help with the SN process because they're proton pump inhibitors (PPI), so make sure you find antacids that reduce stomach acids quickly. Hope this helps!

Meto is commonly sold in online pharmacies without a prescription! No links allowed, but searching by one of its brand names (primperan & reglan) will yield more relevant results. By their nature, these websites are kinda shady, but meto is such a common, standard drug that there would just be no value to fucking with a customer trying to order it.
