Hello,

In connection with the helium method using an exit bag (there is a mega thread on this), it is recommended to sit in a wing chair
and, if necessary, to pad it with cushions, etc., to ensure that the body remains upright.

Perhaps not everyone has a wing chair or the opportunity to obtain one. I also find it rather uncertain
to rely on the wing chair to keep your posture stable even after all your muscles have relaxed.

In this case, the chair is like this one, i.e. more of a recliner. When trying it out, you get the
impression that the posture (semi-reclining or sitting low) should be stable, but of course you only know how it will really be
once the muscles are completely relaxed.

The current chair is:

I had thought about securing the head with a tension strap armchair, but the problem is that then
the exit bag would no longer fit over it.

How else could it be done?

Many thanks and best regards,
