Alternative option to Max Dog Regulator

Anybody here know if there is a cheaper way to get a nitrogen regulator with the same qualities of the max dog regulator without spending 300 bucks. The argon/co2 regulator is not an option because there's no setting it to 15 lpm like the max dog. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
