nothing improves. only days go by without any sense. I see death so difficult to achieve and I don't know what to do with my life

Yup every day is the same over and over again, since I moved from my brother I haven´t seen any "friends" for almost 2 years.
I feel ready to leave but it does seem like a radical jump to make it a reality.
