Hey all,
My package of SN arrives tomorrow. I'm not able to obtain any antiemetics, so I'm thinking I will just do without and have a few glasses prepared just in case. My plan is almost finished, just working out a few kinks. Knowing that I am for sure going through with this has given me a different perspective on a lot of things. How I interact with the people in my life: friends, family, coworkers, etc. has kind of changed. I feel lighter and less anxious, angry, and sad. I feel relieved because I know that peace is coming. While the mental distress is always there, I almost feel peaceful knowing it's going to work this time. I still have letters to write and that part is always the worst (I've written letters like 6x in my life, but always have thrown them away) because it always brings up memories and the potential 'what if's' that could happen if I decide to stay. Well, this time is different. I can feel the shift in my energy. I know in my heart that I'm going to go through with it, sometime in the next week. I'll keep you guys updated once I start getting everything set in motion.
May peace be with you.

I hope that you find peace, and don't be afraid to think about what if's. You can always live knowing that you have a secure way to ctb if you need to. No need to rush it.

In the spirit of the above poster, I thought about a thread I saw in which someone else didn't have anti-emetics, and figured it may be worth sharing with you…those sound like a semi-necessary component to reducing the chances of an undesired outcome. No sense in rushing?

Best wishes. I hope you get the relief you seek, be it in this life, in the next, or in the absence of it all.
