I am suddenly remembering the hurtful things that a close person has said and it is all triggering me to ctb. Does it happen to you ? How do you deal with it ?

Hurt people, hurt people. Whatever they said it doesn't define you! If it's true, learn from it and move on. If it was disrespectful, block them and never look back. It's that easy. Don't allow people to add unnecessary stress and chaos to your life, you are dealing with enough! I no longer care what people say about me, I don't even argue anymore! I simply don't care. If I ever attempt again, it will be my decision and not because of mean words that have been said to me. Try to enjoy your day, watch a funny movie and move on, it's ok
