yesterday, beers at the morning, a huge drink of anise and another 2 drinks of whiskey at night. This morning, 2 beers in less than 5 minutes and directly to "work". Not much alcohol, but enough to see a mini hangover trying to pop in. It was really annoying for a couple of hours.

It wasn't the big drama, but I guess i was expecting an excuse for stop drinking, before it get worse

Well done in making this decision!

I hope you see this through till the desire to drink is gone for good. Try to abstain from "trigger foods" as well, such as chips, if you ate them while drinking, since they can bring back the craving for alcohol.

Take one step at a time, friend. Trying to quit doing something that you have been doing for a long time will also take time

You have already recognized that you have a problematic behaviour regarding substances, which is great!

If you can, try to force yourself to plan the intake of alcohol - such as you will only drink one weekends, and then you force yourself to only drink on one of the weekend days.
