sorry if this is dumb but recently ive been struggling with suicidal thoughts and thinking back on my life i just dont think living is for me. i got an l spawn so it was kinda ggs from the start.
i just need help knowing if my method that i want to use would work. i plan on getting drunk and high as shit, taking a bunch of benadryl then taping a plastic bag over my head. i know odds of me dying from a benadryl overdose and the highest so thats what the bag is for. uhhh idk what else to put

Seems super painful if you're not passed out. Maybe a less painful method unless the pain is what you want

People who had reported overdosing on extremely high amounts of benadryl say that it's the most horrible experience of their lives, maybe a lower dose is not that horrible as many people take that recreationaly. But an extreme od of the likes required for CBT, it's likely gonna be super horrible and painful

benadryl always knocks me out in under 30 minutes and i was thinking the alcohol probably would too

yeah my sister tried it and was hallucinating for multiple days but idk what else i could take
