Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Simply replace the nicotine addiction with an addiction to scrolling through Charlie Kirk Jeff Epstein Labubu 6 7 Problematic Tung Tung Tung Sahurs Diddyblud TikToks and Instagram Reels instead. Gives you something else to do with the hands.

Being serious, there's a sliver of good advice in what I just said, in that you could try and find something else to occupy your hands when the urge to grab a cigarette comes up. I heard that a lot of people who quit smoking end up eating a lot instead, not just because of nicotine's effects on appetite, but because they replace the motion of picking up a cigarette with picking up food instead. Obviously that isn't the most optimal way to quit, but knowing this, you can try and use that knowledge to engineer a better solution. Maybe you could get into some sort of hobby that is simple and involves your hands, like drawing or journaling. You can also get nicotine patches, and that'd probably also help. But I imagine that part of the addiction to nicotine comes from routine and familiarity, too. I deleted my social media profiles and would still find myself scrolling through Safari because the pattern and I guess "muscle memory" of scrolling had been present for so long.
