Because humans are deeply flawed. Society needs to come to grips with this.

All humans will always have some bad in them and do immoral things and some humans will struggle without reliance on a substance or action so its going to be impossible to stop these things completely tho there might be ways to lessen it but that's going to be very difficult.

Legit. The world is rigged and flawed in so many ways, and if you're born in a shitty position; good luck to you, you'll have a darn hard time getting up higher in the ranks, and even if you do, you'll likely abuse whoever is below you. It's shit all the way down and up really with some exceptions.
I've been looking into investing lately and if I had money in the millions it'd take literally 0% effort to just live on e.g dividends and chill your entire life in comfort, but if you're poor and want to get to that point? Good luck, lmao.

But it can be. I know people here like to say it's all useless but I think that's terrible and undermines the great efforts people throughout history have made to make the world a better place.

It doesn't diminish from their efforts. And those helped by them certainly appreciate it. But it's never permanent. Humans revert back to evil. Europe nearly abolished slavery in the medieval period (at least for Christians within Europe), but slavery came back with a vengeance again in the 1500-1800s. And slavery still exists. Millions of slaves exist, they are just not official or legal. That is not to say abolitionists did good to the individual slaves they freed and those working on helping slaves escape now. America and Northern Europe tried alcohol prohibition, but that made things even worse. The war on drugs in America also make things worse. Welfare programs to alleviate poverty work for a while, but then they want to introduce bureaucracy and control because they mistrust the recipients and eventually they reduce the welfare (it's happening here in Northern Europe right now). Humans always go back to being dumb and evil as a whole.

I also live in Northern Europe and on welfare, so definitely know what you're talking about, hah... It's sad..

Bad things come and go, but today is 100% better than back then, and not just because of new tech. There will always be evil inside us but history has shown us again and again that it can be beaten. Now, if one day the world can be rid of poverty etc, I don't know. It might seem impossible and it is very unlikely in my opinion but it can be done.
It's just that the word never means never you know?

As long as having sex feels good for intellectually-stunted people, society will never come to grips with this. This perpetual cycle of reproducing more shitty human beings will continue. Without a care in the world for the consequences. It will take a meteoric event to end this. Like a literal meteor.

Humans afe like animals in the jungle.the stronger wins the better options. The weak is labored and abandoned. The laws are obayed by poor people with no good lawyers. A bully bullyies the weak. A criminal steals from the innocent. A wife may leave her strugling husband for a higher hirarchy man. A man may leave his hard working loyal woman for a younger more beautiful woman. My life is in the garbage right now for some of those reasons.

You're spot on. The amount of people that can't comprehend anti natalism is astonishing

You are exactly right. Human society really isn't that different from the animal kingdom. There are prey, predators, and scavengers. And people are pushed forward by their desire to breed and claim and protect more territory. The only difference is that humans are more self aware than any other species which makes us worse.

It's a bit like some of the charities we have in the UK. Obviously- I'm not saying we shouldn't have or, don't need charities. But, they have 'prevention' in their titles: NSPCA, NSPCC. (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals/ Children.) But it's like- are you actually PREVENTING it? Surely, most of the time- the cruelty has already happened. You go along and pick up the pieces. Maybe prevent that person from being cruel again. But yeah- not to criticise the charities themselves. More to say- is it possible to PREVENT cruelty? Do you send social services in because the parents seem the 'type' that might turn abusive- even though they haven't yet? Sadly, I agree with you. I don't see our societies turning utopic anytime soon.

Nor will suicides stop! They need to leave us alone
I think if they had harsh and deplorable prisons like other countries then it can slow down. All the things you stated will only get worse, sadly.
