I'm giving up with partial hanging. I've attempted it many times but can't get it right. I think my greates difficulty with it is that SI is very strong due to having a very stressful lifestyle.

Are there any other accesible methods guys ;(?

I understand just wanting an accessible way to be gone, I just want to never suffer ever again, I wish there's the option to just simply cease existing in peace with no more suffering, I find it so dreadful how trying to die can go wrong, I just wish it's not so difficult to be permanently free from this existence. But anyway I wish you the best, I hope you find the relief you search for.
