Abandoned Writing Projects

[Unsure and Useless]

I like to write, and I've come up with several stories that I've drafted which remain rotting on my Google Drive. I even have some fanfics on AO3 that are incomplete. If I CTB, they'll never be finished

I don't know how to feel about this

I once wrote the story about time traveling (?) in some local community, but its remained unfinished and I don't save it anywhere. It basically lost media now.

At the age of 12, I wrote another short story about visiting a alternative universe and I still have it on my pc.

Now I want to start another story to leave something behind, but I don't have but I feel like there is no strength. And if I die I never be able to start doing it at all. I also don't know how to feel about it.

As a fellow writer, what I feel about this is that it doesn't really matter that much, at least it is for me. I feel fulfilled enough to write, even though I don't finish it, it is still my piece of work.

Past 2-3 months I've been really committed to finally finishing up my writings and general creative works. I assume it's probably because I'm looking at my death as a real thing that could be soon. Don't wanna leave them unfinished, and its really bummed me out how many things I've started/or planned, but rarely finished. Finally being productive in a way feels really nice.

As my CtB date comes up, I understand what you are feeling. There are a few drafts, as well as active fanfics I have on my AO3 profile. Although I wish I had the motivation and will to finish them, I feel somewhat sad that I'll never be able to. Simultaneously, I simply hope that the writing I have posted publicly will continue to be appreciated by others. It feels like the only thing I can hope for at this moment.
