How are the vacations going?

Quite well at the moment,i only had 1 anxiety attack due to social anxiety and inmediatly come to the hotel to chill,you were right some fresh air is always good,im kinda better than in home and suicidal thoughts are less due to me doing things all the time,i attach the beatiful views i have from my room!
