I found these published by an organization for survivors. It feels like someone else described exactly what is going on inside of me.

All you can do is survive the fucking quarantine
and to survive, alone, is not enough

i'm so sorry. i don't have PTSD but man i have trauma and that shit is fucking me up man. i cant stop thinking about him. ever. so many feelings. so many nightmares.
