A good slipknot please

I'm training about making a good slipknot with a polypropilene rope diameter 12mm. I'm afraid that I don't manage a perfect not sliding well. Anyone to share pictures step by step or a video with clear explanations step by step too, about slipknot ? Thank you.

Je m'entraîne à faire un bon noeud coulant avec une corde en polypropylène de diamètre 12mm. J'ai peur de ne pas réussir à faire un noeud coulant parfait. Quelqu'un pour partager des photos étape par étape ou une vidéo avec des explications claires étape par étape aussi, à propos du noeud coulant ? Merci.

Here is an exemple of a slipknot I made. I'm afraid it is not "constrictive" enough. What could fix that ? Did I do something wrong ?

I think you over complicated the knot , here is a video I found in another tread.
