this is all theorhetical, i doubt i will actually be able to attain it but do you need an antiemetic, antacid or anything else before ingesting? also is it really preferable to take the powder out of the capsules and mix it with water ? just curious..

Yes, an antiemetic is part of the protocol. That's all I know, though; it's not my method.
