Wait, so you're wanting to die basically of old age, or like cancer?

I mean there's a lot of things that kill you slowly. I have had a lot of relatives that had bad habits that killed them slowly... they suffered for like 40+ years... one died in their 90s. They still died from it though.

I don't understand the point, but I guess it is mainly driven from what happened the other day.
Any chance you want to get an opinion somewhere else for your clavicle?

I don't wanna make it sound like an interview, a relative of mine broke the collarbone during a soccer game.
It was broken, didn't heal properly with conservative method, and with surgery, they still didn't managed to make the bone heal?

I smoke and am about to go back to drinking after being 8 years sober. I also barely eat. So one or a combo could take me before I actively try to ctb

I started smoking about 15 years ago, but it hasn't done the job yet. Just makes it annoying to sleep when my lungs are wheezing sometimes.

I've spent the last 10 years drinking too much. Alcohol-related death seems like an awful way to go though, in my opinion. I've cut back significantly.

I think my gambling habit is what kills me slowly. Win some than lose more. Deeper deeper hole

Smoking, drinking alcohol, generally eating unhealthy foods (high in sugar and fat with little nutritional value, very greasy foods, etc.) would be bad habits that kills one slowly. However, going that way is not pleasant as one would likely get other comorbidities and die from organ failure and other causes such as heart attacks, strokes, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, etc. Those are not peaceful nor painless ways to go.

Day dreaming about things I'll never get to experience is the bad habit that has led me to realizing my life is not worth living.
