Supposed to be yellowish white. Not listed as curing salts either

Yes. I have a kilo of the same SN (99% food grade). It's there. Dont know when Im gonna use it. But its there for when I say its enough.

I saw it online yesterday on walmart (USA only). If only my overly controlling country could have it on walmart . . . . . would be running to get it before it gets banned.
