No. But I can't do the meto regimen and fasting. I keep drinking alcohol all day long. I need to stop drinking before cbt. My stomach is not doing well

I hope drinking hasn't fucked me up either.

I've been testing my n a couple times the past few nights, took up to 3ml of the vet stuff from D. It doesn't knock me out, only makes me feel relaxed and a bit drunk. I hope I didn't need to get 3 bottles, I got 2 thinking that would be fine. I never used antipsychotics, I never did benzos. I did drink quite a bit throughout my 20s, and I have abused opiates. Hopefully 12g is enough to do the job.
