There is also the chance that you might not react well to it if you don't take it normally.

Even people who have taken it have thrown up, and people who have not taken it still ctb.

In either case it doesn't seem to impact the outcome if the protocols are adhered to.

So why are you asking the question: if it is essential to use it in the regime if it didn't work the last time? Either up the dose or give up on the idea altogether.

Some people find the 48 hour regime to be better. Builds it up slowly in your system and also if you have adverse reactions to meto as stat dose would be much. I had an uncomfortable reaction to 10mg test. So personally doing the 48 hour. Everyone is different. Think with SN, you need to have second dose there. Lots throw up on that. Did you follow the Stan guide last time? You failed from throwing up?

i made many mistakes..
used 100ml water for 30+gm SN
i vomited so much and couldn't drink the second glass.
today i was ready to take SN i took 30mg of meto and my stomach started to hurt and i had a vomit feeling.

Sounds uncomfortable. Yeah, try the 48 hour regime and only use 50ml of water. Have second one ready. We all learn. I wouldn't worry
