Bdo (a ghb precursor know for it's lethality on small doses) is an effective and very strong cns depressent which can do the trick with a very little dose provided that the issue of vomiting is completely circumvented (which is totally doable) So is there any reason it's not more in use? Or is it just that not enough people know about it nd it's mechanism of action?!

Idk, I seen it mentioned several times here. Doesn't seem like a bad option in my opinion.

From studies I've read online about it. They are consuming a lot more of it than the similar studies I read about with SN.

Saw a megathread about it on SaSu and it seems highly unreliable. Some survived with much more than 10mL 1,4-BDO.Similar threads
